Basic Stir-Fry Sauce

StirFrySauceIngredients:

1/2 cup vegetable stock, low sodium
2 T soy sauce, low sodium
2 T sesame oil
1 T rice wine vinegar
1 T cornstarch
t honey

Directions:

Whisk it all together in a bowl and add to your favorite stir fry mixture!

You may want to add hot red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, depending upon what you are wokking up.

Add the sauce a few minutes from the end of cooking. It only needs a few minutes to thicken.
