1 bunch of grapes
1/2 T olive oil
Break the grapes into clusters.
They should be large enough so that they won’t fall through the grates, but not so large that the grapes don’t come into contact with the grates.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
Grill on the outside edge of the grill away from the hottest coals for two minutes.
Flip using tongs and grill two minutes more.
The goal is to get the grapes hot and just to where they begin to char.
This was the most surprising and delicious thing I have tasted in a grape long time! Enjoy.
