1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 T mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 T lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t dried parsley flakes
1/4 t dried tarragon
1 1 shallots, minced
Black pepper to taste

Homemade dressings are so easy to make. Before you buy another bottled dressing, read the label. Then, put it back on the shelf, go home, and make one that is perfect for you.
This dressing will keep for a week or so before needing to be replaced. Make it fresh each week.
Directions:
Stir together all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld. Then taste again and add more cheese if you think it needs more zing. Blend with an immersion blender to create a creamy dressing or leave unblended for more texture.
