Dijon Vinaigrette

Dijon dressingIngredients:

2 T olive oil
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
2 t garlic, minced
1/8 t turmeric
Black or White pepper to taste

Directions:

Measure the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and turmeric in a small bowl and whisk.

Gradually add your choice of black or white pepper. Use a carrot or celery stick to check the flavors.

      one of the best ways to learn to leave bottled dressing on the shelf is to read the ingredient list at the store. If it is made with ingredients you would not use, then don’t put it on a salad, put it back on the shelf.
