Ingredients:
2 T low sodium soy sauce
2 T olive oil
1 T red wine vinegar
3 T sweet chili sauce
1/4 t sesame oil
Directions:
Mix it all together in a small bowl.
Uses:
Use as a marinade or baste for shrimp, chicken, or pork.
Excellent served at the table as a dipping sauce for egg rolls or dumplings.
The sauce becomes a beautiful wok sauce for just about any vegetables with the addition of 1 t cornstarch.
